The Mustang Heritage Foundation created the Trainer Incentive Program, which is better known as TIP, to bridge the gap between potential adopters and American Mustangs housed at Bureau of Land Management facilities. The Mustang Heritage Foundation is looking for talented trainers who employ natural horsemanship techniques to gentle American Mustangs. The Mustang Heritage Foundation is also looking to match qualified adopters with approved TIP trainers.
