Vendor applications are open for the 2023 Extreme Mustang Makeover, Tennessee! Use the form below to submit your application no later than June 2, 2023.

This event is held at the Williamson County Ag Expo Park in Franklin, TN, June 22-24, 2023. Set up will begin on June 21, 2023.

APPLICATIONS WILL CLOSE AT 5PM CST ON JUNE 2, 2023.

Payment is to be made in full no later than June 9, 2023. Checks can be made out to Mustang Heritage Foundation and mailed to Mustang Heritage Foundation, 200 University Blvd., Ste. 225, #110, Round Rock, TX 78665.

Multiple selections are allowed. Booth cost is for the duration of the event. Vendors are responsible for providing their own booth materials, tables, and chairs.

Subject to the rules governing exhibitors and pending acceptance by the Mustang Heritage Foundation management, I hereby agree to lease exhibit space at the named MHF event for the period of time indicated, and will occupy the space assigned per the diagram provided by management, for which we agree to pay the management at its offices in Round Rock, Texas, prior to the event at the total provided by MHF management. Ann Souders, vendor manager, will reach out to collect payment, or payment can be sent to Mustang Heritage Foundation, 200 University Blvd., Ste 225, #110, Round Rock, TX 78665. By submitting this form, I understand that space assignment will be made upon receipt of the contract by management and a payment in full. I understand and agree that this contract cannot be cancelled and agree to pay in full the sum herein provided in accordance with the terms hereof, regardless of whether or not we occupy the leased space for any portion of the lease team.
